This is a fitness program that incorporates stretch, strength and yoga postures. It is set to music and the aim is to improve strength and flexibility whilst also calming the mind and relaxing the body. Taught by a qualified “Yoga and Exercise to Music” instructor, we feel this session gives you the best of both worlds.
Sessions run as courses that need to be booked in advance. All mats and equipment are provided. Please discuss any injuries or illnesses with the instructor before signing up for the sessions
